TD Bank E-Transfer Issue Resolved

Important Notice to All Graydon Hill HOA Members:

The technical issue affecting TD Bank’s Interac e-Transfer system has now been resolved. TD and Interac payments are fully operational, including Autodeposit.

If you sent a payment after September 22, 2025 and were asked to set a security question, please note that these transfers did not reach the HOA account. Such transfers would have expired and the funds should have been automatically returned to your account. You should also have received an Interac email confirming the expired transfer.

•Confirm with your bank that the funds were returned.
•Check your email for any Interac expiry notifications.
•Contact your bank and the HOA (contact@graydonhillhoa.com) with any questions.
