Notice Regarding Overdue HOA Fees

Households that are overdue on HOA fee payments by two or more years will be receiving a letter from Field Law. This notice is legitimate and will include instructions for payment. After the collections process begins, overdue payments must be made directly to Field Law, not to the HOA. See below for additional information.
