Notice Regarding Overdue HOA Fees

March 09, 2026

The time has come to begin collecting overdue amounts owed by households that have not paid their Graydon Hill Homeowners Association fees for two or more years.

If you receive a letter from a collections agency regarding overdue Graydon Hill Homeowners Association fees, please note that this is a legitimate notice and should not be discarded. The letter will include instructions on how to pay the outstanding balance.

Please be aware that the collections agency adds an administrative fee to the original amount owing. This fee is charged by the collections agency. The HOA is only seeking to recover the original overdue fees.

Once the collections process has begun, overdue payments can no longer be made directly to the HOA. During this time, the HOA’s auto-deposit option will be disabled, and payments for accounts in collections must be made directly to the collections agency.
