Graydon Hill
Graydon Hill is part of the Heritage Valley area in Southwest Edmonton. Development began in 2012 and is near completion.
The neighbourhood is located along Ellerslie Road, at Graydon Hill Boulevard. It is bounded by an environmental reserve/Rosehill Lands to the west, a natural area to the east, and the Paisley neighbourhood to the south. With ease of access to Ellerslie Road and the Anthony Henday, Graydon Hill is perfectly situated to access all of the many nearby amenities.
A Hidden Gem
Graydon Hill is a quiet boutique community, with green space and pathways galore. Residents enjoy natural spaces like the 5.28-acre constructed wetland and 6.25-acre environmental reserve, and keeping active is made easy with the 1.5 kms of walking trails.
Rustic Charm with Modern Style
Graydon Hill was designed with a distinct alpine & rancher feel - highlighting beloved parts of Alberta. Natural elements, simplified outlines, and color statements create Alpine Chalet and Modern Ranch homes, and a welcoming feel in this unique community.
Sustainable Living
Many of the homes built in Graydon Hill are Net Zero, meaning that they produce as much energy as they consume in a year. This is often achieved through solar panels on the roof and highly efficient appliances throughout the home.
Local Amenities
Graydon Hill is in the perfect spot to take advantage of the many amenities in Edmonton's Southwest. In fact, a driving range and mini golf are just across the street! Quick access to Currents of Windermere, Heritage Valley Park & Ride, Heritage Valley Town Centre, The Shoppes at Chappelle Crossing, and South Edmonton Common also mean that retail, restaurants, and services are just moments away.
