Technical Issue with TD Bank’s E-Transfer System

Important Notice to All Graydon Hill HOA Members:

We’ve been made aware of a technical issue with TD Bank’s E-Transfer system that is currently affecting incoming payments to the Graydon Hill Homeowner’s Association.

Please note: The Graydon Hill HOA uses Autodeposit for all E-Transfers and will never request a security question or passphrase.

 

What You Should Do:

• Do not proceed with the transfer if prompted to create a security question.
• Immediately contact us at contact@graydonhillhoa.com and let us know about the issue.
• If you’ve already sent funds and have not received a receipt, please reach out to the same email address. It’s likely we have not received your payment.

We are actively working with TD Bank to resolve this issue and will keep you updated through the HOA website as we learn more.
