Dear Homeowner,
On behalf of the Graydon Hill Homeowners Association (HOA) we would like to invite you to our 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). This meeting will give you an opportunity to learn about the first year’s activities and to participate in the HOA plans for the future.

The HOA is a not-for–profit organization which manages enhanced maintenance of public spaces in our neighbourhood and encourages community members to take an active role in shaping Graydon Hill. The HOA provides the legal and financial means to maintain and enhance our neighbourhood to the benefit of all residents. As a property owner in the community of Graydon Hill, you are a member of the HOA. Members in good standing (fees paid for 2022) are invited to participate in the AGM.
Attendees of the AGM will need to register at the beginning of the meeting so please bring identification that can be correlated to the ownership of your property in Graydon Hill. If you do not reside at your owned property, please bring proof of ownership.
Call for Board Members:
One of the key items on the agenda is the election of board members for next year. If you are interested in investing in our community in this way, please consider letting your name stand for election to the Board. You can reach out to contact@graydonhillhoa.com to indicate your interest in serving in this capacity and we will get back to you with more information in preparation for the meeting.
